Naadam Festival
Naadam Festival is the highlight of Mongolian festivals and the most renowned national holiday. There is plenty to feast your eyes and fascinate you, including traditional wrestling, archery, open field horse races of different age categories, and the magnificent opening ceremony. Except for the Naadam events, the people are attractive, feasting proudly wearing beautiful traditional dresses.

Day 1
Arrive in Ulaanbaatar
Transfer to the hotel. Unpack and rest in the hotel. Short city tour with Gandan Monastery, the National Museum of Mongolia, which represents Mongolian Culture starting from Stone Age to the 21st century and Buddhism, and Sukhbaatar Square (also known as Chingis Khaan Square). Welcome dinner and briefing on the upcoming tour.

Day 2
July 11, Participate in the Naadam Festival
The Naadam Festival in Mongolia begins with a ceremonious journey by riders from the State Guard, dressed in traditional military attire, bearing the Nine White Horsehair Banners of Chingis Khaan from the State House to the stadium. These banners are almost sacred representations of Mongolian nationhood, made from hairs taken from horses across the country. The opening ceremony, which starts at 11 a.m., features impressive parades of mounted cavalry, athletes, and monks.

Day 3
July 12, Day 2: The festival continues, see horse race
In the morning, drive to the horse racing area, 30 km west of Ulaanbaatar. The horses race on the open steppes by age categories (6 age categories): from two-year-old horses to full-grown stallions. The racing distance depends on the horses’ age. For example, two-year-old horses race 15 km, while full-grown horses race 30km in the open field. Today, you can 4 years old horse race or 2 years old horse race.

Terelj national park and Chingis Khaan hose statue
The Statue is considered the world's largest equestrian statue and the largest horse-riding statue in the world. There are the world's largest Mongolian shoes Mountains with unique natural formations

Day 5
Ulaanbaatar.
Free hours at the hotel, or you can go for personal explorations and shopping. Option to visit Bogd Khan Palace Museum. Enjoy a traditional folk performance in the evening
